Build and Send an Email Campaign

Create email content, select recipients, and send or schedule it.

  1. Open CRM, then click Email.
  2. Create a new email composition or open a draft.
  3. Build the message and preview it on the available device sizes.
  4. Choose the audience or recipients.
  5. Review the sender, subject, and delivery settings.
  6. Send a test, then send or schedule the campaign.
